Dear fellow students,
The Journalism Club publishes the official student magazine “FOITITIKI”, which hosts articles by students of the University of Cyprus with a number of topics.
Basic conditions for publishing articles:
• The text / article should be well written and edited by you and not be a product of copyright theft. Excerpts from other published texts should be accompanied by the corresponding citation.
• The topic can be a choice from a wide range of topics in any field, as long as it concerns and interests the students of the University of Cyprus.
• Not to express a subjective opinion.
• In case of reference to words, works, research, books, etc. other authors, the source should be clearly stated.
• Its range should be between 350-800 words and be in continuous speech.
• If any article is accompanied by images, then they should be sent as separate files (not in the word file).
It is noted that the article must first be approved by the editorial team of the magazine. Then, if necessary, the article will be edited and corrected with the consent of the author.
The Journalistic Club may reject an article without informing the columnist, if it is decided by the group’s editorial team that the article conflicts with the interests or position of the group.
The Journalistic Club has the right to use the articles submitted to it (incl. Name, branch and year of study of the article writer) to promote the group and its actions either in print or electronically using them through social networking.
